The ARTJET 3D spot varnish system is a compact, design driven solution that utilizes 2400dpi full digital inkjet technology, LED UV lamp curing, and camera image registration to deliver production output with texture and depth by applying both glossy and mat varnish to defined areas of the substrate.

Equipped with PrintLinks’s latest inkjet system, the ARTJET machine can simply using the PC controller software to producing jobs within minutes. Simply upload raised spot UV layer file along with the registration mark data, load the paper or finished images, send then to Print, its CCD camera system-which automatically corrects for shrinkage, stretch, and skew - along with unique registration marks ensures the most accurate registration of the spot UV layer onto the printed document.

Artificial Camera Registration ACR system

 

ARTJET A710 configured with a self-developed ACR system, which supports a full-page registration, and 2 pages synchronous registration. The ACR system speed up the productivity, avoid the waste during alignment, free the operator by auto ACR workflow. Detect the media skew, image stretch/contraction-total or partial, even shifting, ACR software will automatically adjust the data to the right position.

Easy & precision media retention

 

Designed with a powerful and precision vacuum table, which hold the substrates flat and firmly in place. The vacuum system is split into two sections A3, A2, B3,B2, according the different printing size. Suction is freely adjustable, and reduce as soon as the media is hold or need to remove to cut down the wasted energy.
